Start by entering your email address. This is what you will use to log in to Virtual EMS; it is your “User ID” for the system. Next, fill in the other required fields: Full Name, Phone and Password (which must be confirmed).
Next, you can personalize the system by choosing a building and a start page. This will not prevent you from requesting all buildings, but will default to the building you choose, so choose the one you use the most.
Finally, in the Mailing Address box, name the organization/department/company you are affiliated with and provide address information. This will speed up approval of your account.
Review/modify these entries and then click Save. All new accounts are immediatley approved to complete an on-line request for space form. Experienced users will be granted permission to actually build the reservation themselves.
